Housing development for refugees: 23 residential units plus 2 central buildings.
The residential units are move-in-ready "Cubes" (11.7 × 3.2 m) with 2–3 rooms, bathroom and kitchen.
The result: GEG 2020 standard, approved for permanent occupancy. Ecologically thought through too: air-source heat pump and ventilation with heat recovery.
For future use, the estate is planned as a holiday-home site.
