PMF Cubes, Inden: from accommodation to holiday park.
In Inden, PMFHousing built a housing development for refugees: 23 move-in-ready cubes with two to three rooms, bathroom and kitchen, plus two central buildings. The units meet the GEG 2020 standard and are approved for permanent occupancy.
For subsequent use, the development is planned as a holiday park – one building, two phases of life. This reusability is what makes modular buildings economical for municipalities and operators.
