Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains which personal data PMFHousing GmbH processes when you visit this website, for what purpose, and what rights you have. The website is deliberately lean: it sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no content from third parties.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

Each time the website is accessed, your browser automatically transmits data to the server, which is stored in server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• page or file requested and amount of data transferred
• status code (for example, whether the request was successful)
• website from which you reached the page (referrer)
• browser and operating system used

This data is needed to deliver the website, keep it secure and detect faults or attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website. The log files are kept only for a limited period and then deleted. They are not combined with other data sources.

3. Encryption

The website is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS (TLS). Data you send to PMFHousing, for example through the contact form, therefore cannot be read by third parties in transit.

4. Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website sets no cookies when you visit it and stores no information on your device. No analytics, statistics, advertising or tracking services are used. Consent under Section 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) is therefore not required, and no cookie banner is shown.

Only when logging in to the website's editing area, which is available exclusively to PMFHousing staff, is a technically necessary session cookie set.

5. Fonts, videos and images

The website uses the system fonts installed on your device and does not load fonts from external servers (such as Google Fonts). Videos and images are served directly from the website's own server; no video platforms, map services or other external content are embedded.

6. Contact form and contact by email or phone

If you use the contact form, the data you enter is processed: name, email address, your message and – optionally – your role (for example municipality, architect, private individual). The form is sent by email to info@pmfhousing.eu; you also receive a confirmation with a copy of your details at the email address you provided. The details are not stored in the website's database.

To protect against spam, the contact form uses ALTCHA. The software runs entirely on this website's own server: while you fill in the form, your browser solves a small computational task in the background, which the server checks before sending. No cookies are set and no data is transferred to third parties. Only the task itself is stored – without any reference to you – so that each task can be used only once. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in protection against abusive enquiries.

The same applies if you contact PMFHousing directly by email or phone: your details are processed in order to answer your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in answering your enquiry. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law, usually six or ten years) prevent this.

7. Email service providers

For email communication, PMFHousing uses the following service providers, which act as processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR in this context:

• Hornetsecurity GmbH, Am Listholze 78, 30177 Hannover, Germany – screening of incoming emails for spam and malware.
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland – provision of the mailbox (Microsoft 365).

A transfer to Microsoft Corporation in the USA cannot be ruled out. Microsoft Corporation is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). The legal basis for using these providers is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in secure and reliable email communication.

8. Links to other websites

The website contains plain links, for example to PMFHousing's LinkedIn profile. Merely visiting this website does not transfer any data to LinkedIn. Only when you click such a link do you leave this website; the operator of the linked site is responsible for the data processing there.

9. Your rights

Within the limits of the law, you have the right to

• access the data PMFHousing holds about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).

To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@pmfhousing.eu is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for PMFHousing is the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Commissioner of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany, www.ldi.nrw.de.

10. Obligation to provide data and automated decisions

You are not obliged to provide personal data. Without your name, email address and message, however, an enquiry via the contact form cannot be processed. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
